Booking Conditions
All bookings made through Moummay Travel are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when the required deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation voucher has been issued.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including full names as per passports, contact details, and any specific health or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Cancellation by User
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while respecting our commitments to local partners and service providers.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The date of receipt of the written notification will determine the cancellation charges applicable:
Full Refund
Less administrative processing fees.
50% Refund
Of the total booking value.
Cancellation made Less than 24 hours before departure of the service are non-refundable.
Liability Limitations
Moummay Travel acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to delays or changes in schedules caused by weather, flight cancellations, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Kingdom of Morocco**. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
